Job Summary
Join our team as an HVAC Testing and Balancing Technician responsible for performing air and water balancing on commercial HVAC systems, optimizing system performance, and completing TAB reports. This position requires travel within Florida and offers a competitive salary and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on TAB experience (air and hydronic balancing)
- Working knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems, VAV systems, and control sequences
- Proficient in reading mechanical plans, specifications, and schedules
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and reporting
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Certification with AABC, NEBB, or TABB
- OSHA 10/30 certification
- Familiarity with building commissioning practices
- Experience with duct leakage testing or sound/vibration measurements
- Familiarity with report software (e.g., TABB Reports, AABC National Standards)
