HVAC Territory Sales Manager

Territory Sales Manager for the Southwest US (Greater Phoenix area preferred) responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with strategic customers through existing-account penetration, net-new sales, and marketing activities. Build a business plan to maximize profitable growth, prioritize time/resources, collaborate with marketing to increase sales, and create new business opportunities. Independently manage sales pipelines in the CRM, achieve revenue targets, identify opportunities in new and existing markets, and work with senior leadership to refine sales strategy. Collaborate with internal marketing to ensure aligned sales and marketing plans and assist colleagues in closing new opportunities. The role emphasizes proactive relationship-building, industry insight, and effective communication in English, with a focus on remote work arrangements and a strong emphasis on delivering results.
