Job Summary
HVAC Territory Manager drives sales growth in an assigned HVAC territory by building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include territory planning, consultative selling, collaborating on planning/forecasting to meet goals, serving as a trusted advisor with market/product knowledge, resolving customer issues, and tracking interactions in the CRM. Requires a valid driver's license, at least 2 years of direct sales experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent; field-based role with minimal travel and occasional office/warehouse time.
