Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and lead field teams on residential and light commercial HVAC projects, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and commercial rooftop units. Perform advanced troubleshooting for electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and controls while executing preventative maintenance and system replacements. Communicate directly with homeowners and commercial clients to manage expectations and deliver service. Requires 5–10+ years of real-world experience, EPA 608 certification, and NATE certification (preferred). Earn $25–$35/hour with a company vehicle, fuel card, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
