Job Summary
Assist Lead Technician with HVAC service calls, repairs, and installations in Hallandale, FL. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, presenting findings and options to customers, completing repairs/installations within standard hours, cleaning work areas, handling paperwork, collecting payments/signatures, maintaining and organizing the service vehicle, tracking maintenance, coordinating with dispatch, and informing customers about new equipment options. Requires physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs), ability to work in confined spaces (crawlspaces/attics), a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and adherence to company processes. Opportunities for advancement; overtime and weekend on-call shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Experience: Some experience helping or working within the Air Conditioning industry is preferred
- Standard technician hand tools required
