Job Summary
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and perform maintenance/service calls on furnaces, AC units, and mini splits. Communicate with customers, recommend solutions, and manage your own schedule in a no-weekends, in-person field role with opportunities to mentor junior technicians and grow into leadership. Requires EPA certification, strong troubleshooting, customer communication, independent work ethic, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience
