Job Summary
Coordinate on-site installation and repairs for HVAC systems in commercial environments, including healthcare, manufacturing, education, and office complexes. Forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work with team leaders and customers to ensure precise execution. Diagnose and repair equipment using cutting-edge software, hand tools, and blueprints while maintaining the highest safety standards and securing company assets. Serve as the primary service contact for assigned markets, managing retrofits and new facility setups across diverse client bases. Requires valid driver's license, EPA certification, and experience with commercial HVAC systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad)
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months
- No major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years
- EPA Certification
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
- Ability to work overnight stays
- Ability to pass additional drug screening
