Job Summary
Coordinate on-site HVAC installations and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work with team leaders and customers. Diagnose and repair equipment using cutting-edge software, hand tools, and blueprints while representing the company as the direct customer contact. Maintain flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays to meet business requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate identification and system restoration. Enforce safety standards and maintain security of company assets by recording their use, wear, and conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 plus years of experience in HVAC
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad)
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months
- No major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years
- EPA Certification
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
- Ability to work overnight stays
- Safety compliance
- Security and accountability of company issued and procured assets
- Pass additional drug screening
