Job Summary
Perform repairs, maintenance, and service on commercial HVAC/R equipment across multiple job sites. Conduct field visits to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, utilizing mechanical knowledge to repair and replace components. Service air conditioning units to ensure efficient operation and perform preventive maintenance for reliability. Assist with general property maintenance tasks as needed while driving a company vehicle to various locations. Complete service documentation accurately and adhere to safety procedures and local codes. EPA Certification is required, with training available for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Some experience as an HVAC Technician
- Strong mechanical knowledge and technical aptitude
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and components
- Air-cooled chiller experience
- Welding and basic electrical experience
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
