HVAC Technician Team Lead Mechanic

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day activities of a field technician team, plan monthly technician routes, analyze team performance, and drive profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with sales to link opportunities to installation work, ensure safety compliance, and deliver consistent operation across service and installation. Lead and coach team members, develop individual development plans, conduct performance reviews, recruit and retain staff, and supervise deployment of resources. Drive process improvements, monitor accounts and contracts for growth and profitability, and align workforce planning with strategic objectives. Implement and monitor standard process strategies, support training, and ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive operational experience in HVAC services
- Three (3) years of experience in a management role with responsibility for the productivity and development of others
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent working experience
- Johnson Controls Metasys experience
- Eight (8) years’ experience in an operational HVAC role with leadership responsibilities
- Six Sigma Green Belt
