Job Summary
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on existing HVAC equipment, including installing, repairing, and maintaining motors, engines, pumps, belts, and fans. Read blueprints and as-built drawings to complete tasks, with a focus on strong commercial or institutional building maintenance experience. Requires EPA and HVAC certification. Ability to work occasional on-call shifts is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Performs preventive and some corrective maintenance services to existing HVAC equipment
- Installs, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, engines, pumps, belts, and fans
- Strong commercial experience or institutional experience
- Must be able to read blueprints and as-built drawings
- 3 years plus experience in building maintenance
- Willing and able to work occasional on-call shifts
- EPA & HVAC certification required
