Job Summary
Oversee daily field operations for installations, maintenance, and repair services across residential and commercial projects. Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch activities to maximize operational efficiency throughout the Greater Houston area. Train and mentor junior technicians in technical competencies, safety procedures, and customer service best practices. Serve as the escalation point for customer concerns, providing technical explanations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage workload and quality standards during peak summer seasons while balancing urgent parts requirements with budget constraints. Requires EPA Universal Certification, Texas TDLR license, and 3–8 years of hands-on HVAC experience. Salary ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour with performance-based bonuses, PTO, and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 8 years of hands-on HVAC experience
- at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or Lead Technician role
- Valid EPA Universal Certification
- current Texas TDLR Technician or Contractor License
- Expertise in residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, and high-efficiency air conditioning units
- experience in Construction – Specialty Trades – Mechanical / HVAC
- experience in HVAC
- experience in Manufacturing – HVAC Equipment (Chillers/Boilers)
- AABC or NEBB certification
