Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems while transporting materials and organizing tools. Perform routine maintenance under senior staff guidance, troubleshoot HVAC issues, and follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment. Educate customers on product options, address their concerns during installation, and document all job progress and calls per company requirements. Maintain cleanliness on job sites, manage assigned vehicle and parts inventory, and stay current on new technologies and products.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to bend, lift, carry, stoop, crawl, sit, stand, drive, reach above, walk, push, pull, fine manipulation, and use hands frequently
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
- Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
- Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment
- Valid Driver's License required
- Must have knowledge of safety rules and requirements
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Proficient with computers and the following applications: Microsoft Word, Excel & GoogleSuite
- Must pass a drug screening before we can consider them for employment
