Job Summary
HVAC Technician (Service or Install) needed at Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning to perform onsite installations, service and repairs in residential homes across Canada. Requires a minimum of 3 years HVAC experience with furnaces, central and ductless AC, gas boilers, and water heaters (including tankless). Must hold Valid Gas Fitter Two License and Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman/RedSeal), plus a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and a clear criminal record. Responsibilities include executing HVAC installations and servicing, educating customers, inspections to meet Technical Standards & Safety Authority codes, following Energy Star procedures, maintaining the vehicle, promoting services, achieving a five-star customer experience, and contributing to safety and team performance. The role emphasizes high-quality workmanship, on-site problem solving, lead generation, and CPP enrollments, with opportunities for training and career growth in a supportive, benefits-rich environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters
- Valid Gas Fitter Two License
- Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record
- Clear criminal record
- Strong technical and customer service skills
- Ability to generate HVAC leads and CPP enrolments
- Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
- Team-focused with ability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment
- Willing to install and commission HVAC equipment
- Ability to educate customers on services and options
