HVAC Technician (Service or Install)

HVAC Technician positions (Service or Install) responsible for onsite installations, service and repairs in residential homes. Role requires a minimum of 3 years HVAC experience across furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, and water heaters (including tankless). Must hold Valid Gas Fitter Two License and Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal), plus a valid driver's license and clear criminal record. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical and customer-service skills, aptitude for lead generation and CPP enrollments, and comfort working from heights. Daily duties include advising customers on HVAC options, ensuring equipment meets safety and Energy Star standards, completing inspections, maintaining a stocked vehicle, promoting products/services, delivering a five-star customer experience, and following safety procedures.
