Job Summary
HVAC Technician role responsible for performing onsite installations, service and repairs in residential homes for a growing Canadian HVAC provider. Requires a minimum of 3 years HVAC experience with furnaces, central/ductless AC, gas boilers, and water heaters (tankless preferred); valid Gas Fitter Two and Residential Air Conditioning licenses; a clean driver’s license and clear criminal record. Responsibilities include installations, service, and repairs, educating customers on HVAC options, promoting products/services, conducting equipment inspections, maintaining a stocked vehicle, delivering a five-star customer experience, and contributing to health and safety and code compliance. Must be comfortable working at heights, able to work in a team, and skilled in lead generation and CPP enrolments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters
- Valid Gas Fitter Two License
- Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record
- Clear criminal record
- Demonstrated strong technical and customer service skills and ability to meet company metrics
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and complete installation and commissioning of HVAC elements
- Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
