Residential HVAC Technician role performing service, maintenance, and installation for gas/oil furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and IAQ systems. Requires strong customer communication, ability to present options and collect payments, and hands-on troubleshooting. Company-provided truck and iPad/phone, take-home van, paid holidays, and a $60k-$85k annual compensation with a $5k sign-on bonus. No on-call requirements. Immediate opening with opportunities for advancement. Location: Allentown, PA. Training and development available to grow within the role.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 3 years experience preferred
- hands-on residential HVAC experience
- service and maintenance experience on gas/oil furnaces, gas/oil boilers, heat pumps
- customer-facing communication and ability to present options
- ability to collect payment from customers
- driving a company-provided truck
- work in Allentown, PA area
