Job Summary
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on residential HVAC systems in apartments and common areas; diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment including compressors, air handlers, thermostats, and condensers; complete HVAC service requests efficiently and professionally; identify HVAC system issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions; maintain accurate documentation of HVAC work orders using property management software; participate in a rotating on-call schedule (additional compensation provided); ensure all HVAC work complies with safety standards and Fair Housing regulations.
Required Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification
- 1+ year hands-on experience as an HVAC Technician or HVAC Service Technician
