Job Summary
Experienced HVAC Technician responsible for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites; diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install and replace components; conduct maintenance and performance checks; respond to service calls including emergencies; complete daily work reports; operate a company vehicle safely; required to travel extensively and occasionally stay overnight; possess EPA Level 2 or Universal certification and 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience; strong verbal and written communication; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds; DOT physical required; Worcester, MA area.
Required Qualifications
- Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
- 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.
- Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion.
- Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.
- Occasional overnights required—company pays all travel costs and provides per diem.
- Driving to remote work sites as needed.
- Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).
- Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
