Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install cooling system components for commercial HVAC equipment at telecom shelters. Conduct performance checks, perform out-of-season maintenance upgrades, and respond to service calls including emergency outages. Complete daily work reports accurately and operate a company vehicle safely while traveling extensively to remote sites. Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT standards while working outdoors in variable ambient temperatures. Occasional overnights and weekend call-outs required. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Omaha, Nebraska.
Required Qualifications
- Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
- 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email
- Must be able to comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards
- Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion
- Must be able to lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds)
- Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
- Candidates should reside within 60 miles of Omaha, Nebraska area
- Must be responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel
- Must be able to operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally
