Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install components for commercial HVAC systems at telecom shelter sites. Conduct performance checks, perform out-of-season maintenance upgrades, and respond to service calls including emergency outages. Maintain daily work reports and operate a company vehicle safely while traveling extensively to remote locations. Work outdoors in ambient temperatures, lifting equipment up to 50 pounds, with occasional overnights and weekend availability. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Barre, Vermont, hold Level 2 or Universal EPA certification, and pass a DOT physical.
Required Qualifications
- Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
- 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email
- Must be able to comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards
- Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion
- Must be able to lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds)
- Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
- Candidates should reside within 60 miles of Barre, Vermont area
