Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility HVAC equipment while performing preventative maintenance on water-supplied heat pumps. Diagnose and fix issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural areas, ensuring work orders are responded to promptly and residential units are turned in efficiently. Provide on-call service for emergency maintenance, inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness, and assist supervisors with vendor scheduling, bidding, and supply purchasing. Submit property invoices accurately and comply with all health, safety, and fair housing regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
- Four or more years of manufacturing experience
- strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills
- some PLC experience
- HVAC
- vacuum furnace experience
- HVAC Universal certification
- highly motivated
- able to work independently
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
