Job Summary
Perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems in customer homes and small commercial settings. Troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine necessary repairs, keep the work area clean, maintain a safety-conscious attitude both on the job and while driving, wear floor savers in clients’ homes, and keep the company vehicle clean inside and out. Opportunities available across the country with excellent pay and benefits (401K, health insurance and PTO) and a strong focus on customer experiences. Strong communication and technical skills required to diagnose issues and ensure high-quality service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
