Job Summary
This role performs service, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing system conditions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and determining necessary repairs, while maintaining a neat work area and ensuring safety for both the technician and client. The technician serves customers in their homes, may operate the company vehicle, and should demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills throughout the service experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior successful experience as an HVAC technician
- NATE certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
