Job Summary
HVAC Technician responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Duties include diagnosing system conditions, troubleshooting malfunctions, performing repairs, keeping work areas clean and safe, presenting a safety-conscious approach on-site, maintaining the company vehicle, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Requires strong communication skills, technical competence, and a clean driving record; background check and drug screen are required. NATE certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
- NATE certification preferred
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
