Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair, install, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems for customers throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Work independently and as part of a team to solve challenges on the fly while building trust and delivering top-notch service. Maintain a steady, full-time schedule with weekly training to grow your skills and keep up with the fast pace. Earn $25–$35 per hour with a $1,500 signing bonus, plus benefits including PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance, performance-based pay, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- 3+ year(s) of driving experience
