Job Summary
Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment at client locations while conducting Point-of-Sale work for service quotes. Submit detailed paperwork for each job, coordinate with Service Dispatch to prioritize calls, and request necessary parts. Perform quality control inspections and special procedures independently, maintaining "On-Call" eligibility and safe practices. Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish through strong communication and technical proficiency. This role requires 3+ years of field experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional environments, a valid US driver's license, and US citizenship or permanent resident status.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of field experience in HVAC/R
- Industrial, commercial, and/or institutional HVAC/R experience
- Detailed understanding of Commercial HVAC/R technologies
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid, unencumbered US Driver's license
- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status
- Strong communication skills
