HVAC Technician - Marriott Executive Apartments Sheikh Zayed Road

Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment while conducting daily mechanical plant inspections. Monitor property temperature, analyze energy usage, and calibrate controls, gauges, and meters. Assemble, install, and maintain electrical systems, pipe assemblies, and fittings. Perform routine pool and spa maintenance. Ensure adherence to safety policies, report hazards, and complete required certifications. Assist guests with service needs and maintain professional standards. Requires EPA Universal Certification, HVAC Certification, and a driver's license. Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
