Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and boiler systems, including split systems, steam boilers, and water source heat pumps. Troubleshoot burners, flame safeguards, pumps, and control systems while reviewing building automation systems. Complete service requests accurately, maintain inventory and service records, and partner with property teams to resolve resident concerns. Support on-call emergencies during weekends and after-hours. Requires 5+ years of HVAC experience, boiler and WSHP expertise, HVAC certification, and a valid driver's license. Salary ranges from $37–$40/hour with a $500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days.
