Job Summary
Provides scheduled preventive maintenance for contract customers; performs troubleshooting and repair of minor issues related to maintenance requirements; showcases professionalism and customer service while representing the company; educates customers on training, software, lab services, and field-installed hardware/software upgrades; maintains documentation, manages inventory and service data uploads/downloads, and ensures asset and parts control; collaborates with peers and customers, develops skills through company training, and adheres to safety and procedural guidelines; requires ability to travel to customer sites and operate a vehicle; associates degree required and HVAC/refrigeration experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline including military experience
- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration and facilities maintenance is a plus
- Experience using Microsoft 365
- Ability to travel by air, vehicle and/or other means of transportation as business requires
- Must have a valid driver’s license; While performing the duties of this job, the employee must safely operate a motor vehicle at all times.
