Job Summary
HVAC Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing environmental control systems in a healthcare facility, requiring EPA certification and relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certification per CFR part 82f (Universal preferred) for servicing and recovery of refrigerants
- 3 years of experience working in a healthcare facility
- Minimum 4 years of experience performing the specific craft function or certification from a recognized trade school
- Broad trade knowledge of mechanical principals related to Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications pertaining to air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience and/or certification in predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, infrared, ultrasound)
- High level of computer aptitude and knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
