Job Summary
The HVAC Technician II handles maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems at client sites. Acts as a fully functioning technician who can independently diagnose and resolve most HVAC and refrigeration issues, while adhering to safety and ABM standards. May guide junior technicians and assist with training, commissioning, and complex repair projects. Requires working knowledge of HVAC controls, electrical systems, refrigeration circuits, and commercial building systems.
