HVAC Technician I - Full Time

Assist the Facilities Manager with maintenance and repairs across grounds, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, and HVAC systems for Ogden Clinic locations. Perform preventative maintenance, generate cost estimates, and manage general facility upkeep while acting as a resource for other staff. Complete computer functions using Microsoft Office and maintenance databases, and handle snow removal and project cleanup. No nights, weekends, or holiday shifts required.
