Job Summary
Install, service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems while diagnosing issues, performing inspections, and completing preventive maintenance. Read work orders and technical information to identify faulty components, then execute repairs and recommend next steps. Ensure all work meets safety standards, maintain accurate service records, and communicate clearly with customers or site contacts. Support clean job site practices and use testing equipment properly. This role involves on-site work at residential, commercial, or mixed locations with opportunities for full-time or part-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with HVAC systems and equipment
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or system-related issues
- Strong understanding of safe work practices
- Ability to use tools, testing equipment, and service-related materials properly
- Reliable transportation if travel between sites is required
- Strong attention to detail and dependable work habits
- Ability to follow instructions, technical procedures, and service schedules
- Professional attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
