Job Summary
Install, service, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems across the property while diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and control system issues. Conduct scheduled maintenance, system cleaning, adjustments, and property inspections, ensuring all operations comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Respond quickly to service calls and prioritize urgent repairs to ensure guest comfort. Manage refrigerant handling, maintain inventory, and keep accurate operational logs.
