Job Summary
Monitor and control critical HVAC parameters while operating and maintaining the chilling plant, cooling towers, and accessories. Execute preventive maintenance and breakdown jobs for AHUs, FCUs, DX Units, and chillers. Support daily reporting through data and trend analysis, manage spares and consumables inventory, and contribute to SOP writing by logging parameters and PM records in structured formats. Adhere strictly to workplace safety rules. Requires a Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Refrigeration Engineering with 1–5 years of hands-on HVAC O&M experience.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma (3 years course) or ITI (2 years course) Electrical / Refrigeration & AC Engineering
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Operation & Maintenance of HVAC Systems
- Hands on experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC system equipment
- Spoken and Written English Communication Skills
- Documentation and Reporting Skills
- Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation knowledge & troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of operating Material Handling Equipment, Engineering Tools and Measuring Instruments
