Job Summary
Service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems across business centres, including diagnosing faults to ensure minimal disruption. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maintain system efficiency, while installing and commissioning split systems, ducted air conditioning, and ventilation equipment. Monitor indoor air quality and temperature control to support resident wellbeing, ensuring all work complies with Australian standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements including refrigerant handling. Commencing August 2026, this role requires a Current Refrigerant Handling Licence and Electrical Work Licence. Candidates must be prepared for necessary pre-employment checks including a National Police Check and medical, with a Working with Children's check being mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL) issued by Australian Refrigeration Council (ARCtick Licence)
- Electrical Work Licence (Restricted or Full)
- Proven experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Demonstrated fault-finding and diagnostic experience across split, ducted, and commercial HVAC systems
- Experience carrying out preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Background working in residential, commercial, or community environments
- Prepared to undertake necessary pre-employment checks including National Police Check and medical
- Working with children's check - mandatory
