Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment while conducting daily mechanical plant inspections. Monitor property temperature, analyze energy usage, and calibrate all controls, gauges, and meters. Assemble, install, and maintain electrical systems, pipe assemblies, and fittings, plus perform routine pool and spa maintenance. Follow all safety policies, report hazards, and complete required training. Reach overhead and below the knees, move in confined spaces, and lift objects up to 100 pounds. Maintain professional appearance, ensure quality standards, and implement efficiency improvements.
