Job Summary
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment at assigned locations, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and air handling units. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and coordinate with customers regarding work orders and scheduled shutdowns. Procure materials, resolve technical issues cost-effectively, and ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes. Represent the company professionally while climbing, stooping, and lifting 50 lbs regularly. Availability includes after-hours scheduled work and emergency calls.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience servicing and repairing HVAC equipment
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- Experience with rooftop units, split systems, air handlers, boilers, pumps, fans, cooling towers, VFDs, and building automation systems
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency with mobile devices
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to climb, stoop, and lift 50 lbs or more regularly
- Availability for after-hours scheduled work and emergency calls as needed
