HVAC Technician

Perform or assist with work on HVAC systems, domestic water systems, refrigeration systems, electrical systems, and generators across the Cabot campus and off sites. Conduct routine inspections on assigned vehicles, equipment, and emergency systems to comply with regulations. Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition while performing general maintenance duties including room repairs, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and refurbishing. Maintain the facility during season changes, including snow and ice removal, and answer emergency calls on a Wednesday-to-Wednesday rotation approximately every three months. Requires 10 years of HVACR experience and a valid driver's license.
