Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. Conduct new system installations with heat loss/gain calculations and engage with clients to explain issues, recommend solutions, and ensure satisfaction. Offer tailored HVAC products and services while maintaining accurate records using Service Titan or similar software. Adhere to safety protocols, keep work areas and vehicles clean, and possess valid driver's license with clean driving record. EPA Type II certification required; NATE preferred. Flexible shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours with availability for weekends, overtime, and on-call work. Year-round steady work with no off-seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- EPA Type II certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work in tight spaces
- Must pass drug testing
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Availability for weekends
- Availability for overtime
- Availability for on-call work
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience
- NATE Certification
- Associate's degree in HVAC technology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
