Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems through routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. Conduct new system installations, perform heat loss/gain calculations, and engage with clients to explain issues and recommend solutions. Offer tailored HVAC products and services while maintaining accurate records in Service Titan or similar software. Adhere to safety protocols, keep work areas and vehicles clean, and lift 50+ lbs. Requires EPA Type II certification, NATE certification preferred, and 2+ years of HVAC experience. Flexible shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours with weekend availability and on-call work.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- EPA Type II certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work in tight spaces
- Must pass drug testing
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Availability for weekends
- Availability for overtime
- Availability for on-call work
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience
- NATE Certification
- Associate's degree in HVAC technology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
