Job Summary
Inspect heating and air conditioning systems, troubleshoot complex problems, and implement high-quality solutions while providing great customer service. Approach every job with a "can-do" attitude to help clients feel more comfortable in their homes and businesses. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with some on-call hours. This full-time role offers a competitive wage of $60k-$120k/annually including commission, PTO, health insurance, and a mentorship program at Calloway and Sons HVAC, a family-owned company serving the Greater New Orleans Area since 2006.
Required Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- EPA Certification preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience
