Job Summary
Run 3-5 service and maintenance calls daily, cleaning coils, clearing drain lines, and diagnosing issues with refrigerant, voltage, and airflow. Perform repairs, warranty services, and system upgrades including IAQ and storm protection. Maintain service trucks and ensure a safe work environment. No late night calls or on-call rotation required. Join our team with a $1500 sign-on bonus and potential for $150k+ income. Dispatch from home with flexible scheduling across Naples, Sarasota, and Venice.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years minimum HVAC experience
- Must be able to diagnose service issues including issues with refrigerant, low voltage, high voltage, airflow, and efficiency
- Must be available for service and maintenance calls
- Must be available for cleaning coils, clearing drain lines, testing voltage, and amperage
- Must be available to make suggestions to improve a customer's system, efficiency, and comfort
- Must be available for system and ductwork upgrades
- Must be available for IAQ
- Must be available for Storm/surge protection
- Must be available for preventive protection products
- Must be available for 3-5 service and maintenance calls per day
- Must be available for cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems
- Must be available for performing warranty services
- Must be available for troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses
- Must be available for Improving air quality through IAQ recommendations/sales
- Must be available for Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Must be available for Maintaining service truck
- Must be available for ensuring a safe and clean work environment at all times
