HVAC Technician

Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and building automation systems throughout the Club. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical equipment while diagnosing malfunctions and replacing components as necessary. Complete work orders accurately, maintain detailed records, and assist with general building maintenance including plumbing and electrical tasks. Safely operate hand and power tools, manage inventory of parts and supplies, and respond to emergency maintenance requests and facility outages. Adhere to OSHA regulations, EPA requirements, and manufacturer specifications while collaborating with Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments to minimize disruptions to members and guests.
