Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems while conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance. Diagnose faults, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain accurate work records. Read blueprints, interpret technical documents, and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders. Manage emergency repairs, seasonal start-ups, and system optimizations to support energy efficiency and operational success.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in HVAC technology
- Certification or licensure as an HVAC technician
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and codes
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
