Job Summary
Service and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems, including duct replacement and indoor air quality solutions. Inspect and test systems to verify compliance standards while diagnosing service issues, replacing parts, and calibrating equipment per manufacturer recommendations. Travel to job sites within the Concord service area, coordinating with dispatch to maintain schedules and managing fleet stock, tools, and safety equipment. Communicate fully with customers regarding identified issues, solutions, and consultations for additional or upgraded services. Maintain proper customer service throughout all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation of residential HVAC systems, duct replacement and IAQ solutions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- EPA Certification preferred
- NATE Certification a plus
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
