Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment including air handling units, exhaust fans, and fume hoods. Respond to customer service calls regarding temperature control and analyze system data to develop recommendations for maintenance changes or replacements. Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and water systems while ensuring proper documentation and tool management. Capture R&M data on work orders and report equipment problems or material shortages to management. Comply with policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level qualification
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
