Job Summary
The HVAC Technician is responsible for repairing and performing preventative maintenance on air quality systems. Key responsibilities include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems, performing routine and preventative maintenance, and maintaining communication with store personnel and maintenance management.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of maintenance experience within the HVAC industry or 5 years of experience in working with the installation of HVAC equipment.
- Understanding of electrical circuits and the ability to read schematics.
- Proper use of electrical measuring devices.
- EPA certified and able to follow EPA guidelines relating to refrigerants.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Service Channel facility maintenance software (or similar companies).
- Self-Motivated to both work and self-improvement.
- Familiarity with the use of computers and software (Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
