Job Summary
Conduct daily system trend checks, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot deficiencies on HVAC and utility systems including AHUs, chillers, and refrigeration within a GMP environment. Execute corrective actions, coordinate maintenance for contractor tasks, and plan shutdowns while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety procedures. Supervise shift personnel by instructing on system operations and driving project processes independently. Requires EPA 608 Universal license, eight years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical settings, and proficiency with MetaSys building automation.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience repairing, troubleshooting, and performing PM on HVAC & Utility systems in a GMP setting

- Minimum eight years progressive experience in HVAC maintenance
- Minimum two years performing HVAC maintenance in GMP environment
- Knowledge of the general trades: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, machine shop, etc.
- Possess skill to understand and execute simple to complex maintenance tasks for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems
- Experience leading small teams
- Experience working within a CMMS system for work orders and documentation
- Experience using Building Automation systems for troubleshooting purposes
- Experience performing troubleshooting, repair, and PM on HVAC and Utility systems
- Experience leading a small team of maintenance technicians
- Experience working within a CMMS system for work orders and documentation

- Minimum of 8 years of experience working in a Pharmaceutical environment performing PM and troubleshooting of HVAC and Utility systems
- Ability to work independently where they have owned a scope of work on a project
- Ability to drive a process forward by gathering information from other team members
- Interest in a CTH position in which they will convert to FTE with Pfizer after 6 months

- Associates degree or higher in related field
